1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Account information – name and email address, received when you sign in with Apple, Google, or Telegram. A profile photo is included when your provider supplies one.
• Body metrics – weight, height, age, gender, activity level, and goal, provided by you to calculate nutrition targets.
• Nutrition and meal data – food entries, calorie counts, macronutrients, and photos of meals you upload for analysis.
• Training data – workout programs, exercises, sets, and session history you create in the app.
• Purchase history – records of in-app purchases of AI credits.
• Language preference – your selected interface language.

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, location, or contacts. The app contains no third-party tracking or advertising SDKs, and your data is never used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. Sign in with Apple

When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address. In that case Apple provides a private relay address instead of your real one, and we use only that relay address. We never receive your Apple ID password.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account.
• To calculate personalized nutrition targets.
• To display your meal history, training history, and statistics.
• To provide AI-powered nutrition analysis of the text and photos you submit.
• To grant and track the AI credits you purchase.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with:

• Apple, Google, and Telegram – for authentication, depending on the sign-in method you choose.
• Apple App Store, Google Play, and Telegram Stars – for processing in-app purchases, depending on where you use the app. Payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider and are never seen by us.
• Google Gemini – the food descriptions and meal photos you submit for analysis are sent to Google's Gemini API solely to produce a nutrition estimate. They are sent without your name, email, or account identifier, and are not used to identify you.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and can be revoked by signing out.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app, at any time, without contacting us.

In the app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. After you confirm, your account and all associated data — body metrics, meal history, training programs, session history, and any remaining AI credits — are deleted immediately and permanently. If you signed in with Apple, our access to your Apple account is revoked at the same time.

Deletion cannot be undone, and purchased AI credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

By email: if you no longer have access to the app, send a request to shvietsovroman@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", including the email address associated with your account. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Credentials held by Apple, Google, or Telegram are managed by those providers and are not deleted by us.

7. Children

RepForgeX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
